The current study is a single-year project supported by the ALACRITY Center at the University of Washington and the National Institute of Mental Health, and is being conducted by researchers affiliated with the UW BRiTE Center. The goal of the current study is to develop and test a single-session, self-guided digital tool to support the mental health of college students at risk for certain mental health conditions. After receiving college student feedback and input during the development phase of the tool, we are now looking for new participants to test out the finished product to let us know that we're on the right track.
